Vulpecula is a constellation in the northern sky between the distinctive Cygnus and Sagitta. None of its stars are brighter than the 4th magnitude.
Vulpecula runs through the star-rich band of the Milky Way, so it contains a series of open star clusters. Interesting objects are the planetary nebula M27, also known as the Dumbbell Nebula, and the striking constellation Collinder 399.
